Payment By Mail
When you pay by mail, we ask that you use our return envelope and include the tear-off payment portion of your bill with your check or money order. This helps us to process your payment efficiently. Please do not use tape, glue or staples on your payment. These things can cause our mail opening equipment to jam and require special handling. This slows down the process and could delay crediting your payment to your account.

Also, please refrain from writing comments on the tear-off portion of your bill. These items are electronically scanned through machines used for recording payments only. As a result, we may never see your comments.
