To request a meter set, call our customer service department at 1-800-221-0051, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m, or e-mail your request to metersets@njng.com. Please call or e-mail at least one week prior to the date you would like your meter set.
Meters are generally set, weather permitting, during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Please be advised that if it's necessary for our personnel to make a return trip to complete the meter set, a fee will be charged.
