We will not be charging you more money in total. While the delivery charge may increase or decrease in future periods as a result of the change, we cannot collect for any non-weather related earnings shortfall unless we can prove we achieved offsetting BGSS savings. If we need to implement a surcharge, it will be collected on a per-therm basis from all customers in their Conservation Incentive Program group (residential non-heat, residential heat or commercial).
