Meter Reading Enhancements Change Billing Dates for Some Monmouth County Customers

In order to better serve our customers, New Jersey Natural Gas is enhancing its meter reading schedule. This new schedule will allow our meter readers to serve you in a more efficient manner. To accomplish this, however, some customers’ accounts in Monmouth County will be moved to a different meter reading cycle which also will impact the timing of their bills and respective due dates.

All customers who will be impacted by these enhancements will receive a postcard that includes their new billing date. If you pay through direct debit as a Zip Check customer, please be aware of the new date on which your payments will be processed.

As of January 1, the new meter reading schedules will be available online.
