Using My Account

Make sure your computer or device’s pop-up blocker settings allow pop-ups from this site.

Please review these tips when logging into your account:

  • First-time users. To register for this service, you will need a recent copy of your NJNG bill. Please enter your account number and account name exactly as they appear on your NJNG bill. You will be asked to create a user name and password when you register, as well as answers to three security questions in the event you forget your password the next time you log in.
  • Choosing a password. Your password must be between six and 12 characters.
  • Changing a password. To change your password, log in to My Account and select My Profile > Change Password; then, follow the instructions.
  • Forgot your User Name? From the login screen, select "Forgot User Name". Enter your NJNG account number and the email address used when you registered. If the information you enter matches our records, your user name will be sent to you via email.
  • Forgot your password? From the login screen, select "Forgot Password". Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you still are unable to log in, email us at (residential customers) or (commercial customers) to with your NJNG account number and the name on your account exactly as they appear on your bill, along with the email address you used to sign up.

This information will be used to authenticate your identity. If the information matches, we will email your password within two business days.
