Combine our three most popular payment options - Auto Pay, Paperless Billing and Budget Plan - for the easiest way to pay!
We know bills can be confusing … even ours. We’re here to help. Be sure to check out our video “How to Read Your Bill.”
Pay your bill using one of our Pay Now options. There's no fee when you pay through E-Bill, using your saved banking information, or online by check. When using our online service to pay by credit/debit card, a service fee applies.
Use our free paperless service to receive, view and pay your bill online.
Stop writing checks! With ZipCheck, you'll never miss a payment. Each month, we'll send you a bill that indicates the amount due and the date payment will be deducted from your bank account. There is no charge for this service. It's that easy!

Help balance your natural gas bills with our FREE Budget Plan by spreading your estimated annual natural gas costs evenly over 12 monthly payments. 

More Payment Options
Make an immediate payment by phone using your credit or debit card or pay by check. Just call 800-221-0051 and when asked why you are calling just say Make a Payment to pay your bill.
Mail your payments directly to NJNG.

Pay your NJNG bill at one of our four customer service locations or five drop box locations. You can also pay your bill‚ at an authorized payment location (see below).

You can now make cash payments at any participating Western Union® location that offers Quick Collect®.

Programs are available to help income-eligible households as well as customers experiencing temporary or unanticipated difficulties, such as unemployment or illness.

If you have past due bills, you can make payment arrangements using our online Deferred Payment Arrangement and pay off your total balance in monthly increments.
