For the Hearing and Speech Impaired

Customers who have access to teletypewriters (TTYs) may call a special toll-free number 800-223-0024. The TTY service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


Life-Sustaining Equipment

If you or a member of your household depends on life-sustaining equipment and use a natural gas generator during a power outage, please notify NJNG. In the event of a natural gas outage, it is vital we have your information on record so we can make the restoration of your service a top priority.

Please complete the Life-sustaining Equipment and Critical Care Certification form and have it signed by your prescribing licensed medical professional to verify the use of life-sustaining equipment. We ask that you provide us an updated form annually.
