Emergency Generator Form Confirmation

Thank you for your service request for a natural gas backup generator. You will receive an e-mail within 15 business days with the results of our review.

In the event NJNG requires upgrading your meter or service to accommodate the generator, charges will apply (a contract will be e-mailed to you) along with any necessary street opening permit fees. Please allow approximately four to six weeks from our receipt of the agreement and payment for the work to be completed (if applicable).
