Forms & Information
This page provides natural gas suppliers interested in becoming eligible to serve customers within NJNG's service territory with the required and optional forms to download, print, complete and submit to NJNG.
The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) requires all energy suppliers that conduct business in the state of New Jersey to be licensed. More information on state licensing can be obtained through the BPU Web site.
NJNG required forms include a copy of the BPU license (referenced above), Third-party Supplier Service Agreement and associated General Terms and Conditions. Suppliers must return the completed forms to NJNG as a prerequisite to becoming eligible to serve customers in our service territory.
As part of the Third-party Supplier Service Agreement, there is an option to include terms for billing and collection services that should be completed only if a supplier is interested in utility consolidated billing.
